Tournament Coordinator (Full-Time)
Role Overview:
Lead all aspects of CoDSnD’s tournament operations for ladders, cups, and multi-stage events. You’ll build brackets in our custom CMS, schedule matches, assign referees, and guarantee a smooth, integrity-driven experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage single- and double-elimination brackets (verify every match’s legitimacy).
Send clear updates on rules, match times, and any changes to participants.
Oversee result reporting, resolve disputes, and distribute prizes as per sponsor agreements.
Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized, thrives under deadlines, and has hands-on esports event management experience.
Content & Social Media Specialist (Part-Time / Freelance)
Role Overview:
You are the storyteller behind our brand. Produce eye-catching graphics, engaging videos, and written content that celebrates CoDSnD’s commitment to clean, elite competition.
Key Responsibilities:
Design promotional graphics for tournaments, team signings, and milestones.
Edit and assemble gameplay highlight videos and montages.
Write compelling social posts and newsletter copy that emphasize fair play and community values.
