When using the CDL Gamemode in the private lobby, the banned items should be in affect. NO GA(Gentlemen's Agreement) at this time. NO EXCEPTIONS.

A Standard CoDSnD Tournament/League Match will consist of either best-of-3 maps (first to 2 wins) or a best-of-5 maps (first to 3 wins) format.

Randomized maps are mandatory. Verbal agreements will not be supported by the staff.

Any attempts to plant the bomb on top of objects like bomb sites or fences in any game mode are prohibited. Violating this rule will result in a forfeiture of the map. Moreover, players are prohibited from planting or defusing the bomb through any object; doing so will lead to a forfeit of the map.

    Seeding:

    • Teams will be seeded based on your teams collective SnD Points at the close of registration.

      • Example: Seed 1 & Seed 2 will meet in the finals if they win their matches.

    • The higher seed is determined by the team with the seed closest to 0.

      • Example: Seed 5 is a higher seed than seed 7.

    Hosting:

    • Private/Custom lobbies will be used to host the match.

    • The team that does not host the map will choose which side to play on.

    • The hosting team is responsible for ensuring accurate settings before launching the map. Incorrect hosting settings will lead to a forfeiture of that map.

    Delay Between Rounds:

    • Teams must not delay the match for more than 5 minutes between each round/map.

    • A round is defined as a designated point during the match when match settings can be adjusted, and/or players can switch sides or change equipment.

    Lag Test:

    • A "Lag Test" is optional unless the non-hosting team requests one. This is a test round that doesn't count toward the match outcome, using standard game settings.

    • For the lag test, a map not scheduled for play should be selected. If the game experiences lag during this test, a new host must be chosen. If both teams cannot agree on a suitable host, both teams must submit a ticket to staff and a netural host will be decided upon by staff.

    Activision ID:

    • You must add your Activision ID to your account will be using to participate in these competitions.
    • Your responsible for making sure players can contact you and invite you to the matches via in game.
    • your activision ID must be findable and invitable or you risk forfeiting the map.

    Platforms:

    • Console is referred to as Xbox & PlayStation. Players are permitted to play in all matches on the respective platform. PC Players are not permitted to play unless the "PC" option is set to PC/Console.
    • PC Players who participate in a match where this option is not set will forfeit the map for their Team.

    Playing with Fewer Players:

    • A team can begin a map with fewer players. The team can only be short by one player. For instance, in a 4v4 match, a team can start with 3 players.
    • If a team is missing more than one player, they cannot start the map. This rule applies to all matches except for 1v1s.

    Team Switching:

    • In-game team switching is prohibited. If a player joins the wrong team at launch, the map will be restarted. Misusing this rule will lead to a lock/ban.
    • Changing to CODcaster mode in-game is also not allowed and will result in forfeiting the map.

    Input Types:

    • Using any input type not selected within the "Input" option will result in a forfeit of the map.

    Lag Issues:

    • If a lag issue arises, complete the map and provide proof of affected rounds/maps in a post-match ticket.
    • Proof should be in video format, displaying full ping bars and showing the final results of those rounds/maps.

    Restricted Items:

    • If a player equips a restricted item, they will forfeit the respective map only if they actively use the item during the match. The opposing team bears the burden of proving item usage.
    • Leaving a match due to the opponent equipping a restricted item without using it will result in a forfeit for the departing team, unless they can prove its usage.

    Unknown Player Interference:

    • For the smooth progression of matches, we strongly advise all players to appear offline during their matches. Deliberate match disputes are not allowed if the opposing team is not appearing offline.
    • In the case of random players entering the room, they should be requested to leave. If these players exit the room promptly without disrupting the match, the match can proceed. However, if these players cause disruption, the match should resume from the score at which the player(s) entered.

    Cheating:

At CoDSnD, we uphold strict streaming and communication guidelines to ensure fair play and maintain the integrity of our competitive environment. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

However, communication audio is not obligatory for console players.

Additionally, all PC players must ensure that Game Audio is present in their live stream.

    • Consequence of non-compliance: Failure to include game audio may lead to a forfeit of the match.

At CoDSnD, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for hacking and cheating.

    • Consequences: Any user found to be hacking will be permanently banned from participating in CoDSnD tournaments.
