First, you need to create a free account. Next, you add your activision ID to your profile.
After that your able to create & join teams.

You can invite players once you create a team, under the "Edit-Roster" tab.

Team Leaders can report their match within the website, on the match details page.

If your match is disputed, it means neither team agreed upon the outcome of the match.
Both Team Leaders will then have to submit proof of the desired match to be assessed by out staff.
